Returns available balance broken down by provider and account type.
Each provider may have multiple accounts:
TRANSACTIONAL— operational balance used for routingPROPRIETARY— the provider's own funds
The investment field within a balance is only present when the provider
supports investment accounts (currently PagSeguro only).
